Ingredients:
Bunch of green asparagus
Small onion
1 garlic clove
1 cup of stock
White pepper
1 tbsp of olive oil or butters
1 potato
1 celery stick
1 carrot
1 parsnip
bean sprouts for decoration
1. Melt the
butter/olive oil in a big pot and fry on it chopped onion and garlic.
2. Add chopped
celery stick, carrot and parsnip.
3. Peel and chop
the asparagus and add it to the pot. Fry all together for 4 minutes.
4. Add stock,
chopped potato and white pepper.
5. Boil on high
heat for 5 minutes until all the vegetables are soft.
6. When all the vegetables are soft take the soup
off heat, blend it,, decorate with bean sprouts and serve.
