Tomato and Lovage Soup



Tomato and Lovage Soup


Ingredients:
800 ml water
10 tomatoes
3-4 medium carrots
¼ of celeriac
1 medium parsnip
Half of leek
1 big potato
1 celery stick
1 onion
1 garlic clove
Salt, pepper
Fresh or dry lovage
Fresh basil for decoration

1.      All of the vegetables chop into pieces, tomatoes cut in 4 parts.
2.      Cook all of the vegetables and lovage until carrots and potato are soft.
3.      Season with salt and pepper and blend it.
4.      Before serving decorate with fresh basil.
