TOFU SOUP



TOFU SOUP


for babies age 9 months (breastfed)
10 months (formula fed) 

Ingredients:
spicy grapeseed oil
half onion
half leek
1 tsp of organic vegetable bouillon
300 g of tofu
200-300g stir fry vegetables
1 boiled egg for serving


1.      Preheat the oil in a big pot, then fry chopped onion and leek on it.
2.      Stir continuously for about 2 minutes.
3.      Add bouillon and cover with boiled water.
4.      Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
5.      Slice tofu into cubes. When broth boils add tofu and vegetable mix.
6.      Reduce heat and, cover and simmer until vegetables are soft.
7.      Serve with boiled egg.
