Mango Lassi nr 2
Ingredients:
2 mangoes
400 ml plain Greek style yogurt
2 - 3 tbsp of honey
½ or 1 lemon or lime juice
Pinch of green cardamom
1. Wash and peel
the mangoes. Cut into pieces and put into blending container.
2. Add Greek
style yogurt and cardamom and blend.
3. Before serving
add honey and mix throughout.
4. Transfer to
glass and it’s ready to enjoy!
