Gluten
free baked apples
Ingredients:
6 medium apples
Cherry or cranberries jam
6 tsp of gluten free oats or millet flakes
4-6 ground almonds
1. Preheat oven
to 180 degrees.
2. Wash and dry
the apples, from the top side make a hole, but don’t reach to the end of apple.
3. Fill the bottom
of the whole with 1 tsp of oats of flakes (1 tsp per apple), then jam until you
reach the top of apple, and follow with ground almonds.
4. Place the
apples in baking container (some juice might come out) and place in the oven for 30 minutes until soft.
