HOMEMADE
CRANBERRY JELLY
For babies
age 10 months (breastfed)
11 months
(formula fed)
Ingredients:
100 g cranberries ( I used mix of
dry and frozen cranberries)
1 tbs of brown sugar
1 tbs of potato starch
200 ml of water
1.
In a small pot cook
together cranberries, sugar and water.
2.
When it’s boiling
take of the heat and carefully blend till smooth texture.
3.
Meanwhile add a
little bit of cold water to potato starch and mix it to dissolve starch.
4.
Put back the
cranberries on the heat and add potato starch mixed with water. Cook on low
heat and stir continuously.
5.
Cook it on low heat for another 2 minutes
until jelly like texture.
6.
Take off the heat
and serve.

If you like sweet
jelly you might add more sugar.
