CHICK PEAS AND DILL SOUP



CHICK PEAS AND DILL SOUP
For babies age 10 months old (when breastfed)
And 11months old (bottle fed)


Ingredients:
Half of onion
1 garlic clove
Half of leek
2 carrots
1 parsnip
Piece of turnip
1 celery stick
Handful of chick peas (left in a hot water overnight)
Small piece of rabbit meat
1 stock cube
Dill
2tbs of Rapeseed oil


1.       Chop all the vegetables.
2.       In a big pot heat up rapeseed oil, and add onion, then garlic, leek, followed by carrots, parsnip, celery and turnip.
3.       Fry for approx.7minutes, then add stock cube and rabbit meat.
4.       After couple of minutes add drained chick peas (left in water overnight) and cover with boiled water.
5.       Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes then add chopped dill and turn off the heat.
