Homemade
biscuits for babies
Ingredients:
2 free range eggs
1 tsp of brown sugar
¼ cup of potato starch
¼ cup of cornflower
1. Preheat the
oven to 180 degrees.
2. Beat egg white
from 1 egg and sugar with an electric hand whisk until the mixture resembles a
fluffy cloud and stands up in stiff peaks when the blades are lifted.
3. Add 2 egg
yolks and flours and mix throughout.
4. Layer the
baking tin with a baking paper and with a table spoon pour the mixture into
biscuits shape, make sure there is a space between them, so they can expand.
5. Bake for 10
minutes in 180 degrees.
