Sweetcorn
& Rabbit Soup
Ingredients:
Knob of butter
Half of onion
1 garlic clove
1 carrot
1 parsnip
1 potato
200 g of frozen sweetcorn
Rabbit meat
1 tsp of organic vegetable boullion
Handful of pearl barley
1. Heat up the
butter and fry chopped onion and garlic, few minutes later add chopped carrot
and parsnip.
2. Fry it for
approx. 7 minutes then add rabbit’s meat and vegetable boullion and cover with
boiled water.
3. Bring it to boiling,
then reduce the heat to medium and add chopped potato and barley, and couple of
minutes later frozen sweetcorn. Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off.
