TURKEY
MEATBALLS
Ingredients:
Approx. 150g
of turkey mince meat
1 carrot
1 small parsnip
Half of
onion
Bunch of
fresh dill
Egg yolk
4 tbs of
rice
Marjoram,
white pepper
1.
Boil the
rice.
2.
Wash, peel
and grate carrot and parsnip.
3.
Peel and chop
the onion and dill.
4.
Mix all the
ingredients together: boiled rice, turkey mince meat, grated carrot and parsnip,
onion and dill and egg yolk. Add marjoram and pepper.
5.
Form medium
size balls and fry them on pan, for approx.
5minutes.
