Homemade “Lazy”
Pasta
Ingredients:
200 g full fat cottage cheese
1 free range egg
Half cup of flour
15 g of vanilla sugar
Pinch of salt
1. Mix the egg
until egg yolk and egg white combine together.
2. Smash the cottage
cheese through the fork, add the flour, the egg and the vanilla sugar.
3. Knead the
dough.
4. Form slim “strings”
and cut into small pasta 2-3cm thick. See on the photo.
5. Boil the water
with a pinch of salt. Add the pasta, mix to separate them from each other and
boil for approx. 2 minutes until they appear on the surface of the water.
6. Serve while
still warm. You can serve with a bit of butter.
