ALMOND COOKIES
Ingredients:
150 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
280 g icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp milk
125 g butter
150g ground almonds
Flour for dusting
1. Sift the flour
and baking powder together in a mixing bowl. Add the salt, 80 g of icing sugar,
almonds and milk. Cut the butter into pieces and add them to the mixture. Mix it
all with an electric mixer.
2. Sprinkle the
work surface with flour and knead the dough by hands. Leave it in a cool place
for 1 hour.
3. Preheat the
oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough
thinly, cut out cookie shapes and place on baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
