Orange & Chocolate Cupcakes



ORANGE & CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
¾ cup of sugar
Pinch of salt
2 flat tsp of baking powder
Half cup of orange juice
Half cup of double cream
100g soft butter
1 egg
Handful of broken chocolate or chocolate buttons
1 tbsp of candied orange peel
*To decorate: 50ml of orange juice and 3 tsp of caster sugar

1.      Mix together all the dry ingredients in 1 bowl and all the liquids in another bowl.
2.      Then pour wet ingredients into the dry ones and mix together.
3.      Add chocolate, orange peel and mix again.
4.      Transfer into cup cakes paper cases. Make sure to fill only ¾ of the paper case as pastry will expand.
5.       Bake for 25 minutes in oven 180 degree.
6.      While baking mix together orange juice and caster sugar.
7.      Ready cupcakes take out of the oven and pour 1-2 tsp of the mixture on each of the cupcake.
8.      Cool down before eating. Enjoy!!
