MILLET PANCAKES



Millet pancakes



Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked millet
1.5 glass of milk
2 apples
½ cup of rice flour
5 tbsp of potato starch
½ tsp of baking soda
Oil for frying
Optional: sugar and cinnamon for serving

1.      Mix together in blender milk and peeled apples.
2.      Add cold boiled millet.
3.      Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add flour, potato starch and baking soda. Mix together.
4.      Leave it to rest for 5 minutes. 


5.      Meanwhile heat up the pan.
6.      Place spoon full of mixture into the hot oil and fry on both sides until golden colour.
7.      Serve with sugar or/and cinnamon.
8.      Enjoy!
