CARROT PASTRY CRESCENT ROLLS



CARROT PASTRY CRESCENT ROLLS
 

Ingredients:
200g grated carrot
200g butter
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
Your favourite jam for the feeling, I used homemade cranberries jam


1.       Carrot, soft butter, flour and cinnamon mix together in a bowl. Should make nice dough.
2.       Use extra flour to roll the pastry till thin, and cut triangle shapes out of it.
3.       Put a tea spoon of jam at the base of every triangle and roll it down, so the top corner will be last part to roll. Have a look at the picture above to see how it should look in the end.
4.       Bake around 30min in 180 degrees, until lightly brown.
