doughnuts
Ingredients:
280 g each yoghurts or fromage frais
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
½ cup of icing sugar
1.5 tsp of baking powder
1 litre of oil
1. Heat up the
oil in a big pot.
2. Mix the rest
of the ingredients (except the oil). Dough should be sticky.
3. When the oil
is hot take the dough on a table spoon and transfer to the oil. It’s easier
when the spoon is dipped in the oil before taking the dough.
4. Fry on both
sites until golden colour.
