EASY PEASY PANCAKES



EASY PEASY PANCAKES


Ingredients:
2 eggs
220 ml of milk
100 g of soft butter
200 g of flour
¼ tsp of salt
Butter or any oil for frying



1.     Mix together all the dry ingredients.
2.     In another bowl mix together eggs, milk and butter. Add to it dry ingredients and combine together.
3.     Leave it aside for 10 minutes.
4.     On a hot pan heat up a spoon of oil/knob of butter, then pour the pastry – approx. 4 tbs for 1 pancake.
5.     Fry 2-3 minutes on each side.
6.     Serve with your favourite jam, honey or spread.
